Jay has been in the screen printing and embroidery business for 35 years. He started printing t-shirts for every major touring rock and roll band in the country back in 1974. He knows a few things about the business but he says that he is still learning something new every day.

When Jay is not busy running The Phoenix Group and dreaming up new ideas for the company you can find him in his backyard looking after his amazing fish ponds and rock gardens.
