The Phoenix Group has completed a third party Social Accountability audit to validate business practices in the areas of compensation, working hours, child labor, security, health and safety.

The audit confirms that The Phoenix Group is a leader in providing a workplace that values the welfare, safety and contributions of our workforce. It also provides the necessary validation to protect the equity in the brands and companies we serve.

We’re proud to know that our operations and business practices are compliant with the International Labor Organization (ILO) standards, United Nation conventions, as well as Federal and State laws and regulations,” said John Wikle, Vice President.

The audit was performed by Insite Compliance Services, a division of Modern Testing Services. MTS is a global independent provider of technical services to the retail, vendor and manufacturing communities of consumer products.
